Membership Terms and Conditions

By submitting this membership application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

  2. I understand that answering "Yes" to questions about criminal records or political activities does not automatically disqualify me from membership. The Foundation will assess my application holistically.

  3. I understand that the Welcare India Social Welfare Foundation values diversity and inclusivity and is committed to creating a safe environment for all members and beneficiaries.

  4. I confirm that I am not affiliated with any criminal organization or engaged in criminal activities.

  5. I agree to adhere to the Foundation's Membership Roles and Responsibilities, as well as the Membership Terms and Conditions.

  6. I consent to the collection, use, and storage of my personal information provided in this application for the purpose of evaluating my membership application.

  7. I understand that my membership in the Foundation is subject to review and approval by the Foundation's governing body.

  8. I agree to receive communications from the Foundation, including emails, newsletters, event invitations, and updates related to the Foundation's work.

  9. I understand that my membership may be revoked if I violate the Membership Policy or engage in conduct deemed detrimental to the Foundation's mission and goals.

By applying for and obtaining membership with Welcare India Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "WIF", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WIF. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from becoming a member.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to apply for WIF membership. 2.2 Membership is open to individuals and organizations who support the mission and objectives of WIF.

3. Membership Application

3.1 All applications for membership must be submitted through the official application process, which may include providing accurate and complete personal or organizational information. 3.2 WIF reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications at its sole discretion, without providing reasons for rejection.

4. Membership Benefits

9. Termination of Membership

Welcare India Foundation Volunteer Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to volunteer with Welcare India Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "WIF", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WIF. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from applying as a volunteer.

2. Volunteer Eligibility

2.1 Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate in WIF's volunteer programs. 2.2 Volunteers should possess the skills and qualifications required for the specific volunteer position they are applying for.

3. Volunteer Application

3.1 All applications to volunteer with WIF must be submitted through the official application process, providing accurate and complete personal information. 3.2 WIF reserves the right to accept or reject volunteer applications at its sole discretion, without providing reasons for rejection.

4. Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Volunteers are expected to fulfill the roles and responsibilities associated with the specific volunteer position they are assigned to. 4.2 Volunteers shall commit to the agreed-upon time commitment and tasks, and communicate any changes or difficulties in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Volunteers shall conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and kindness towards fellow volunteers, staff, beneficiaries, and partners. 6.2 Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated within the WIF volunteer community.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Volunteers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by WIF during their volunteer activities. 7.2 Volunteers are responsible for their own well-being and should not engage in any activity that may jeopardize their safety or the safety of others.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 WIF will handle personal information provided by volunteers in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 8.2 By volunteering with WIF, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Volunteer Engagement

9.1 WIF reserves the right to suspend or terminate a volunteer's engagement if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior detrimental to WIF's mission. 9.2 Volunteers may also choose to discontinue their volunteer engagement by providing notice to WIF.

Donation Terms and Conditions
